Erawan Thai Massage & Spa Reviews

Terrible massage and the "special" part was even worse the girls there very unprofessional and the extra is very expensive most shops i go to the extra is only 40£ more she wanted 100£

All good, perfect place for a relaxing and pain relieving massage . Clean and very respectful environment

Thank you Tanya for your expertise. I feel like a new woman after you worked out all my aches and stiffness, especially my lower back I know that was hard work. I will definitely be back next month to see you again. Wonderful experience, clean and friendly and skilled I have no complaints.

Been there a while ago and I have been asked to pay for the card machine fees in order to pay by card. 🤣 The owner was the person that gave me the massage, after arguing with her about the payment. She wasn't very skilled, I've been in other places before and this had nothing to do with Thai massage. Initially I also got a gift card for my friend, when he went there, he was offered another kind of special massage.🤣

Disappointing Experience I’ve been to many massage places before, but unfortunately, this was the worst experience I’ve had. The management seemed unorganized, and the staff appeared untrained and unsure of what they were doing. Additionally, the level of customer service was rubbish ; the staff came across as rude and dismissive. Overall, it felt like a waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to others unless they make significant improvements.
